Court-Appointed Special Advocates are citizens who have been trained to represent the best interests of abused or neglected children, giving them a voice in court proceedings.
Mission - To promote and protect the best interests of children involved in court proceedings through the advocacy efforts of trained volunteers.
Our Services -
- Recruit, screen, and train citizens who wish to become CASA volunteers.
- Case management coaching for CASA volunteers appointed to abuse and neglect cases in which the children’s permanent placement will be determined by a judge.
- Give abused or neglected children a voice in the process that will determine their future.
